What exactly is Living Photo Album?
It is a custom video created from your photos. We gently animate each image, arrange the moments into a story, and set the finished film to music.
What do I need to send you?
First, choose the photos you’d like to include in your video. If you only have printed photos, you’ll need to digitize them—you can simply take clear pictures of them with your phone or scan them. Then, send us all the photos in the exact order you’d like them to appear in the finished video. You’ll also need to choose a song for your video and provide the message you’d like us to include on your personalized greeting card.
How long is each photo animated?
Choose either 5 or 10 seconds of animation per included photo before selecting your package. If you need a mix of lengths, contact us at livememoriescom@gmail.com for a custom quote.
How quickly will I receive my video?
Turnaround is up to 72 hours after we receive the materials and confirm the creative details needed to begin.
What happens after I pay?
Use an email address you check regularly during Whop checkout. We will contact you there to collect your photos, confirm your preferences, and explain the next steps.
Can I order a different number of photos?
Yes. If the three packages do not fit your story, we can prepare a custom quote based on the exact number of photos you want to include. Contact us at livememoriescom@gmail.com and tell us how many photos you’d like to use.
How will I receive the finished album?
Once your video is ready, we’ll upload it to Google Drive and send a viewing and download link to the email address you provided when placing your order.
How many revisions are included with my order?
The number of free revisions depends on your package. Basic includes 2 free revisions, Standard includes 4, and Premium includes 6. If you need any additional changes after using your included revisions, each additional revision is $3.
What is the refund or revision policy?
Because every album is custom-made, cancellations may be refundable before production begins. Once production has started, orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a significant issue we cannot correct after reasonable attempts. See the Refund Policy in the footer for full details.
